Steps to reproduce the issue

In a multilanguage site create users group/user profiles where you have to be registered to see all profiles in site and otherwise instead be rerouted to the register menu/login menu by clicking on the user profile.

If you use Joomla users options>Integration>URL Routing>Legacy it works as expected but not with modern router setting. See attachment.

Expected result

Users get redirected to the login menu so they need to login to see the profiles or users in site.

Actual result

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS - User get rerouted to logout menu instead ( a hidden public logout menu) and If you use 'modern' router option, it appears there is some kind of issue where Joomla is redirecting users to the 'logout' menu item on multilingual pages, not the 'login' menu item that it should(attached) But it works on the main language that is English there the rerouting works as expected.

Joomla 3.9.25 php 7.4.15

Additional comments

This problem come with EasySocial v 4 b3 also tracking down this issue and with Stackideas support analysis. Hope this can be fixed and work as expected if Hackwar et al confirm its a bug.
