Summary of Changes
Cleanup the joomla update login screens.
- Remove the custom login forms and use mod_login instead
- Added a custom tmpl for mod_login to fit the needs of the update component
** Removed language selection (makes no sense while logged in)
** Removed Login buttons (Webauthn doesn't work for multiple reasons) other buttons maybe not work ether

I have tested this item✅ successfully on bb7a2e4
Tested successfully in Beta7-dev of 15 January using PHP 8.0.1.
Looks much better than the wide login form.
