Steps to reproduce the issue
Install Joomla 3.9.10 Alpha4-dev.
Download Joomla 4.0 Beta6-dev.
Components - Joomla! Update - Upload & Update, choose file, click 'Upload & Install'
Expected result
Post-installation messages are translated.
Actual result
Post-installation messages are not translated:

Tested 3.10.0-alpha4-dev upgrade to 4.0.0-beta6-dev using Nightly Builds of 20 December with PHP 8.0.0.
This issue remains the same: some post-installation messages are not translated and should be removed.
