This fixes the missing strings reported in #30965.
It does not fix the problem causing these error strings to be displayed.
To replicate the error to see that this PR correctly adds the strings.
- Install Sample Data
- Index content with smart search
- Unpublish all content maps
- Try to publish all content maps at the same time
This should produce the plural error message - Try to publish any content map that is not a parent item
This should produce the singular error message

I have tested this item✅ successfully on d563ea9
Language strings now appear.
Language strings now appearing makes the issue in #30965 far easier to resolve now.
Confirms further @brianteeman notes in #30965.
