[#31316] - [4.0] Smart Search results ignore pagination settings

Steps to reproduce the issue

Go to the Smart Search menu item > Advanced and disable the pagination.

finder_menu_item

Expected result

Pagination not to be shown at all.

Actual result

Pagination is there

finder_results

System information (as much as possible)

Joomla 4.0.0-beta6-dev

@gostn You don't have enough results to warrant a pagination.
