This would be just another removal of infos just because of aesthetical reasons just because the complete layout of backend settings is bad. Nobody uses the help-pages ;-) Even less in a small Popup.
An acceptable solution would be an info icon that opens help page and scrolls to the relevant headline. Yes, I know that that's a lot of work. Just an idea...
Let the WEB works as usual? Mouse over, css tooltip?
Great example of how not to do it. Cannot be accessed by anyone who doesnt use a mouse
LOL, put an aria-label on it or leave all the descriptions. An "help page" in a popup window is accessible?

All modern web applications have field descriptions and/or a mouseover contextual help or info tooltips.
Really we want to move all this useful "User Experience Data" to a non-navigable non-contextual help page in a "popup window"?
It's sooooo '90s ....
