Summary of Changes
When having post install message from other components, you can select them in the dropdown, but they're never displayed. This PR fixes it.
Testing Instructions
Go to the database into #__postinstall_messages and edit the entry with the postinstall_message_id = 2. There change the eid to 3 (com_banners). Now in the post install you can select "Banners" in the dropdown. Select banners.
