New date filter for the Most Read Content module (mod_articles_popular).
With the new options you can display only items:
This allow you to display for example the most read content of articles created in the past 7 days.
@sanderpotjer
consider hiding the configurable fields (Date Field, Start Date Range, To Date, Relative Date) when Data Filtering is Off
Tested successfully. Checked it with articles from demo-data (ok, actually just the demo-content with 1 article) and the date set the period in which the article was created. Works as expected. The "Relative Date" also works as expected. Also inspected the underlying PHP-code. No comments from me.

I'm setting this to RTC, but it has to go into 3.4-dev
as new feature.
@sanderpotjer There are some minor codestyle issues which would be nice if you can fix them.
Thanks all for testing!
Merged into 3.4. Thanks for code and testing!
