Steps to reproduce the issue
Joomla 4 admin console
Templates -> Select Administrator -> Click Atum Details and files
gets you to administrator/index.php?option=com_templates&view=template&id=210&file=aG9tZQ==
click Manage folders
Expected result
Manageable folders.
Actual result
Folder list breaks below the modal rendering the bottom right action buttons unclickable

Closing as the newer issue at #31033 got more comments and traction. No point in duplicate issues.
