What needs to be fixed

Create a custom module in the Joomla backend.
Go to Options tab
There is different layout on different browser:

Firefox 79.0 (64 bit) @ Ubuntu 20.04

Chrome 84.0.4147.125 (Build ufficiale) (a 64 bit) @ Ubuntu 20.04

Side Effects expected

Same layout horizontal or vertical, but the same on the same screen size

I confirm this issue for 4.0.0-beta4-dev.
It could be the CSS column-count bug in Chrome
