Partial fix for Issue #29953.
Summary of Changes
Change cursor from pointer to arrow for disabled dropdown.
Testing Instructions
Run npm run build:css or download the package installer at the bottom of the page.
Go to Content > Fields
Create a field.
Edit a field.
Hover cursor over Type dropdown.
