Steps to reproduce the issue

access joomla 4 over ssl - go to /administrator/

Expected result

When you hover over the Web Authentication button, and wait, helpful information shows

When you hover over the Web Authentication icon, and wait, information about the image is displayed

Actual result

The small image on the web authentication button (currently not shown) has a very long alt text of

Login without a password using the W3C Web Authentication (WebAuthn) standard in compatible browsers. You need to have already set up WebAuthn authentication in your user profile.

However if you hover and wait over the action button you get the rather unhelpful help text
