This is just the html changes in the php files, plus a couple ini strings for the labels that were originally in the Hathor language file that I moved to the appropriate core language files.
To complete this change, add the following css to jui/bootstrap-extended.less and recompile:
label.hide-text {margin:0; position:absolute}
