Actually remove current category from array.
Testing Instructions
Create a custom Workflow. Call it Custom Workflow.
Create category Category A. Select Custom Workflow as its Workflow.
Create category Category B. Make it a child of Category A. Save.
Edit Category B. Inspect options in Workflows field.
Expected result
Inherit option is shown as Inherit (Custom Workflow).
Actual result
Inherit option is shown as Inherit (Joomla! Default).
