Drone mysql system test failure seems to be the usual, randomly occurring timeout error and so not related to this PR.

I have tested this item✅ successfully on c0abad1
Applied patch. Removed configuration.php, deleted database tables, made a new installation while watching browser console and php error log for errors => All fine.
