Steps to reproduce the issue

Most of the language strings got changed so the singular form doesn't contain a variable anymore, as it will always contain the same value 1.
Search the language INI files for _1="% and you still get 20 matches. I guess those strings where missed.

All singular form strings don't use a variable.
