I have recoded whole html5-fallback to merge validate.js into it. By this
we will have a single client side validation plugin for frontend and
backend. Though it is fully backward compatible but I guess we will have to
wait for 4.0 to merge it in.

Achal could you please update this to staging please? Some of the JS files have undergone changes so it doesn't map nicely anymore.
