Notice the space at the bottom of the blue box in the help button 
Notice the space at the bottom of the grey box and possibly not enough space on the green box
Perhaps more obvious when active
Notice the spacing on the dropdown box on all sides
Notice that the dropdown is shifted to the right
Notice the bottom spacing when this is hovered

Closed as most of this has been resolved and the rest is very minot
as I stated in #26374 this is being caused by a inconsistent box size between elements. Quite frankly I don't understand why the elements are stacked instead of being part of the bar itself.
