Summary of Changes
While testing I noticed that the related articles module isn't working at all in the current 4.0-dev branch. This PR is updating the code, makes sure the module is working again and is using the correct article module filtering (see #24784 as well).
Testing Instructions
Create a related articles module and publish it on your site. Add the same keyword (test for example) into the meta keywords field for at least 3 articles, of which one is unpublished.
Expected result
Visit one of the published articles and in the module, the other published article with the same keyword should be visible as a related article. Double check the unpublished article is not visible.
Actual result
At the moment no article (and most likely the entire module) will be visible as the module thinks there is no match.
