Updates composer deps to latest versions
- Joomla Database package (adds
replacePrefixmethod to theDatabaseInterfaceand codestyle) - Joomla Session package (adds some code to setup a session table for console packages (we won't be using this in the CMS))
- All the symfony packages we use from 3.4.24 to 3.4.26
