Since yesterday http://api.recaptcha.net is not accessible. It must be replaced by http://www.google.com/recaptcha/api

The plugin search for javascript file: http://www.google.com/recaptcha/api/js/recaptcha_ajax.js
It is valid. I changed on my site and now captcha work. The issue is not related with Joomla 3.2 rather with some change from Google. It should also be applied to 3.1.6 and 2.5.16
You may test it.
