Summary of Changes
Plugin assets follow some naming convention. Well almost all of them, editors break the rule and have a different convention. This PR aligns the editors plugins with the rest.
Testing Instructions
Apply patch. Test modifying the settings of tinyMCE and code mirror. Also test that the editor is still functional when editing an item, eg article.

ONE way of doing things.

No, the assets of the editors just changed their path but these assets shouldn't be used outside of the editor plugin in the first place so nothing to cover here...
