- I forget the pr but the link was previously removed by @dgrammatiko iirc - what is the use case for putting it back
- As it is no longer a decorative image it must have an alt attribute to satisfy the most basic a11y

There is no need for decoration images.
Anyway apparently this Logo is configurable, and therefore someone could replace it with their company logo and then it would make no sense to link it hard coded to Joomla.org - therefore I'm closing this PR.
Also Im going to recommend that the toggle menu option replaces this image anyway.
