the "a" banner tag requires "nofollow" in the "rel" attributes to stop the search engines to make false clicks

Actual result

Search engines follow the URL of the banner and make false clicks on banners

  1. The search engines will still make the "false clicks" they just wont take the link into account when making their calculations

  2. This would change the behaviour of all existing sites and very many people would not want this nofollow

  3. This is a file that you can create an override for if you want this change on your site (https://docs.joomla.org/J3.x:How_to_use_the_Template_Manager#Creating_Overrides)

For all these reasons I am going to have to close this pull request

Can I then make a parameter in the module? It will be standard as before. Those who want to be able to switch.
