[#21741] - [4.0] Cannot preview versions of content on frontend.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Edit demo content on front end, save a few times to create a few versions, then click the versions button, select one, and then click PREVIEW

Expected result

A pop up (?) which previews the revision.

Actual result

Nothing. Zip. Nada.
