[#21740] - [4.0] Cannot compare versions of content on frontend.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Edit demo content on front end, save a few times to create a few versions, then click the versions button, select some, and then click COMPARE

Expected result

A pop up (?) which compares the two revisions.

Actual result

Nothing. Zip. Nada.
