simply open Control Panel or Articles

I can not replicate error on Postgresql 10.4.

, c.created_user_id, c.level, parent.title, parent.created_user_id, parent.id

This column c.created_user_id does not exist in query.

argh my bad for c.created_user_id i was testing on 3.9-dev and submitted this pr against staging

unfortunately for 3.x Technical Requirements we still support 8.3.18
