Make sure your editor is set to TinyMCE. Create a new article (or edit an existing one) and set the word "Supervisor" (without quotes) as the last word in the article. Save the article.
Article saves as normal.
An error is shown "404 Category not found"

This is an entirely bizarre error. I have used Google and found this but it's a year old with no solution. I have also tested this on multiple (similar) Joomla sites and got the same error.

This error is nothing to do with tinymce or the core of joomla. It is caused by one of two things
