Pull Request for Issue #21273.
Summary of Changes
This fixes the issue of tags being hidden when other info items are hidden.
Testing Instructions
In com_content global configuration set Show Category, Show Parent, Show Author, Show Create Date, Show Modify Date, Show Publish Date, Show Hits to Hide.
On multilingual sites also set Show Associations to Hide.
Set Show Tags to Show.
Create some articles with tags.
Create Category Blog menu item.
View the menu item on site.
Expected result
Article tags shown.
Actual result
Article tags not shown.
