- Added Joomla logo with link to admin on left.
- Moved site name + link to frontend to left.
- Replaced user name with cog icon.
- Moved main logo in toolbar to right.
- Changed font sizes to be more coherent.
- Added a template-rtl.css to isis with the RTL styling
PS: This is a refactor and improvement of joomla-projects#173
PPS: In screenshots "Joomla 3 dev" is the website title.

In current master, if you click on a menu item to open the sub-menu, that submenu stays open when moving to another (top-)menu item. And it shouldn't.

Also I have added brackets around all single line if statements to prevent issues with minifying.
In sync with master now. Ok to merge...
