Summary of Changes
Redo of #20139. This adds an option to group articles by specific date field (created, modified or publish_up).
Testing Instructions
Create Articles - Category module. Under Article Grouping setting select Year or Month and Year. Under Date Grouping Field try different options.
Expected result
Articles are grouped by selected date field.
Documentation Changes Required
New option added.
