[#20887] - [4.0] Remove 'first' and 'last' classes from component views

Pull Request for Issue #20862 .

Summary of Changes

A number of list type views include logic to add a first class to the first item and a last class to the last item on the list. This PR remove them.

Testing Instructions

Check the following views for any errors...

  • com_contact -> categories (default)
  • com_contact -> category (default)
  • com_content -> categories (default)
  • com_content -> category (default)
  • com_content -> category (blog)
  • com_newsfeeds -> categories (default)
  • com_newsfeeds -> category (default)

Expected result

All working fine
