Currently we always queue the message Press the 'Previous' button if you want to install more languages when we install a language - there isn't a previous button anymore. So rework things a bit to only queue up a message when there was actually a failure publishing the content language (which I've moved out the model in the spirit of how the separation between controllers and models should be)
The string changes are fine. But when I tried to install a language that will not install - eg afrikans then the error message is displayed underneath the overlay and then lost when the page returns to the install language page
@dgrammatiko the issue brian reports is a js issue - can you investigate please (this was the case before this patch but he's right it should be solved)
