This PR adds a bunch of icons to the IcoMoon icon set used in Joomla.
Not only does it add the Joomla icon (used in joomla-projects#173) But also a bunch of other useful icons many have asked for that were missing.
This is the new set:
The current iconset has 130 icons with an SVG of 68KB
This new set has 209 icons with an SVG of 85KB
Of course, all current icon class names will still work.
