Can we remove all the install, etc parts of that page. This is the source code not a distribution channel

I know it should be a first step. Anyway. Reverted the other pr now we can wait till the docs are written.

The two README files are in sync as far as (most) content goes. The .txt file is included in built packages and is intended for end users.
