@brianteeman the whole idea with our build.js is to link it to greenkeeper.io and have the PR automatically created for us. This is a bot's job, we don't have to spend valuable man-hours for such easily automated tasks. Check how @mbabker or me implemented it in the framework and custom elements repos respectively
