Summary of Changes

General Composer update. Production changes:

  • Drops password_compat polyfill, don't need it anymore
  • Drops APC and Memcache session support, neither PHP extension runs on PHP 7
  • PHPMailer updated to 6.0.1 stable
  • Symfony packages updated to current release
  • Many Framework packages updated to current development state
  • Moves CMS to using the Framework's session validators (had to use custom classes to deal with JInput temporarily)
