[#17721] - Can'ts save article with calendar fields with no time. this happen ONLY with hungarian admin language

Steps to reproduce the issue
- Set Extensions > Language(s) > Administrator > Hungarian (Default)
- Create Content > Fields > Calendar
- Set Calendar Show Time: No
- Create an article with it
Expected result
Calendar field display with date and without time
Actual result
You can save the article but you can't save the calendar field (it deleted and it will be empty). Error message (see attached picture). It happens only if your admin language is Hungarian! With English admin language it save perfectly.

OK, I found the issue.
The string
DATE_FORMAT_FILTER_DATE="y-m-d"
is wrong
it should be
DATE_FORMAT_FILTER_DATE="Y-m-d"

The error was not in core, but in the Hungarian language pack . ;)
