Steps to reproduce the issue
After update to 3.7.4
Now the page Cache is deleted on every website request.
JCacheStorageFile::_deleteFolder
Wich plugin call this function? In Cache Plugin i Can't find it.
Other Cache Subfolders work correctly.
Only the page folder is created and deleted in few seconds
