Successfully tested with postgresql.
The error in 3.7.0-2016-11-19.sql which is corrected by this PR was also responsible for the 3.7.0-2017-01-17.sql failing, because 3.7.0-2017-01-17.sql assumes there is a column "client_id" existing in table "#__menu_types", but exactly creating this column fails in 3.7.0-2016-11-19.sql without the correction from this PR.
