Summary of Changes
This PR centers the pagination the Bootstrap V4 way.
Testing Instructions
Apply patch and open the articles backend view. The pagination should be centered now.

@Didldu-Florian - Different sites do it differently. IMO centering the pagination is the best approach as there may be modules on the left and right side of the page, therefore the spacing is a good idea.

@bembelimen Is this somewhere defined for Joomla4 or is this a bootstrap 4 default suggestion? I think design-technically the pagination would be better fit on the left.
