Steps to reproduce the issue
From the main menu go to Content-> Articles
Click on one of the articles. Go to the "Publishing" tab. Go and click on the input field named as Created by. A modal opens. Hover over the table names.
Expected result
Tool tips should be completely visible
Actual result
Tool tips are partially visible.
System information (as much as possible)
Joomla! 3.7 RC 3
Windows 10
Chrome 57.0.2987.110 (64-bit)
PHP 5.6

In this case it's not a duplicate since it's basically two different templates and two different CSS frameworks.
