Continuation and fix of #14782.
Testing Instructions
Install joomla with testing data.
Test whether button Index works.
Test front end search form at index.php?option=com_finder&view=search
(type 'red' or 'green') - before patch there is 'No Results Found', after patch joomla find an item.
Expected result
Index works, database tables like #__finder_links_terms0 has some content.
Actual result
Tables are empty.
