Steps to reproduce the issue

Check this uncompressed (well not really) file https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/blob/4.0-dev/media/com_contenthistory/js/diff_match_patch.js

There's no way anyone will ever make a PR to patch anything on this file and someone could review the changes (without spending some good amount of time)

This is unacceptable, either we get the non minified source, or we replace this.
