This looks like a Parma for use on the frontend for displaying the date to
me, not one controlling the calendar field's input. But without a label
hard to say what the intent is

The label says just calendar. I´m testing the functions and the format, which is set in the plugin Parameters is not applied.

The format parameter was removed in the field in favor of the "translated" format which is a new feature with 3.7.0. Once the language packs are updated, you will get automatically the matching format for the active language. The field allows to specify if the time should be set and shown as well or only the date.
