- Set parameter disable_search_threshold of JHtml::_('formbehavior.chosen'... to 0.
Testing Instructions

Create a menu item of type Articles » Create Article.

Check that less than 10 com_content categories exist!!

In FE log-in as Super User and open the new menu item Create Article.

Try to create a new category on-the-fly. Not possible because search field is missing in chosen select box.
