Summary of Changes
The editors-xtd image button as a invalid acl check when the context is editing a category, it's checking for com_categories asset that does not exist, the categories root assets should be the component root asset (ex: com_banners).
So this PR corrects that check.
Testing Instructions
Mainly code review, but you can also check the ACL of the editor image button.
