Summary of Changes
Updates most of the Composer dependencies for the 3.7 branch
Testing Instructions
The only production code changes come in the joomla/filter and symfony/yaml packages. Core doesn't do squat with YAML so you can ignore that unless you really feel like validating Symfony's release procedure
Ensure input filtering works as expected still.
