If i'm not wrong the #__finder_links_terms table don't exists

- remove panthom table #__finder_links_terms optimization
- remove the unused method getTermsQuery() wich refer on panthom table

My guess is it probably intends to mean the 16 tables with that prefix.
I've haved the same question, but the getTermsQuery() is not used all over the cms code
