Summary of Changes
Remove the Hathor admin template from 4.0. This also helps with refactoring out MooTools scripts.
Testing Instructions
Hathor should be fully removed as well as any code exceptions for it.
Documentation Changes Required
Document the removed template.
Further Changes Required
The sample data has some references to icons in this template. Those images will obviously be broken until the sample data is fixed.
